Rooibos Tea
Rooibos originates from South Africa in the region known as Cape Town. This herbal tea is harvested in summer and is mainly hand picked. After being bruised and cut the Rooibos tea is still green. The tea is fermented which not only enhances the flavor but turns the tea red, hence the nickname “red bush”.
Rooibos tea provides many health benefits. This herbal tea is an all natural drink because it contains no preservatives, colors, or additives. Rooibos herbal tea also contains no caffeine.
