Some evidence has been found to show that bee balm can be used as an antiseptic as well as a diuretic. The benefits that come from bee balm seem to be endless, there are so many things that all different people can benefit from even if they are perfectly healthy to start with. One of the greatest benefits of this herb is the idea that you can use every part of the plant that is above the dirt. Not many plants will allow this.
